Welcome to Recovery Fitness Wellness first attempt to Blog. I’ll be honest, I know nothing about blogging and even less on how to manage and update websites. My passion is helping people, specifically health and wellness in relation to recovery. Recovery from anything that life has thrown at us and we need help overcoming. For me, I suffered childhood traumas, that led me to sever anger issues, trust issues, and more. Additionally I have PTSD and am now diagnosed with Major anxiety/depression disorder, in conjunction with alcohol and drug addiction. The latest in my recovery efforts is my recent major injuries to both my thighs, tearing both quadriceps, one from the tendon, the other right off the bone. Yeah, life is tough sometimes. I am not here to complain or seek attention. My goals include sharing openly about my life and my experiences in order to inspire or help others overcome what they may be dealing with. We are all recovering from something. So my question is, what are you wanting to discuss, what are you recovering from, what is working for you, what has not worked, and why? For me, I have found some answers, I have found a better way for me to live. I am not perfect, I fail, I fall, but I get back up and keep doing my level best to learn and grow from every experience. So to anyone reading this, please help me. I would love to hear about what you are dealing with, how we can connect in judgement free, and loving dialog. Please share what RFW is doing with your friends and family. I’d love to be invited to your conversations to see what I can learn and pass along to my fellow brothers and sisters as well.
